The contact owns a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe. The antilock brakes would engage during deceleration and while driving on dry pavement. Occasionally, the vehicle would not stop at the appropriate times when driving between 1-15 mph. The vehicle has not been inspected by a dealer. Brake pads wear unevenly. Inner pad wears well before outer pad wears. No wear sensor on inner pad. Only indication is metal to metal grinding, by that time the rotors are destroyed. 11-22-2006 Had front pads replaced, found rotors damaged. 11-28-2007, Rear rotor grinding, inner pad gone, outer pad intact.
