The SRS light has come on in our 2001 Honda CR-V. Diagnostics at the dealership revealed that the control module is defective, and Honda does not cover its replacement. This is a safety issue, as the airbags will not deploy with the SRS light on. Honda should be responsible for this. Please issue a recall. It appears this issue has been occurring for several years. I received a letter from Honda for safety recall on march 2020. I have repeatedly called the local Honda dealer and each time they say there is no fix. My 20 year old daughter is driving this car and I am concerned and would like to move forward if Honda can not fix the safety recall what do I need to do next? Air bags
