In owners' own words

2007 Honda Civic coupe rear tires wear out prematurely due to a geometric design flaw. The vehicle shakes and pulls due to this problem. Dealer would not provide Honda recommended repair until advised that I knew of the issue. Then they agreed to the repair under warranty but not the damaged tires. Honda has it as a service bulletin #08-001. "Not a recall" they will not do anything about the damaged tires. Suspension
2007 Honda Civic. Consumer writes to express discontent with Honda motor co. *Tgw the consumer stated at 21,560 the original tires on his vehicle were replaced due to extreme uneven wear. The consumer stated his mechanic informed him of a service bulletin that was issued in july 2009 regarding rapid/uneven rear tire wear. 2007 Honda Civic si sedan, the rear suspension is defective causing premature tire wear, in less than 30,000 miles I had gone through two sets of tires, and two rear bearings. Rear bearings were replaced under warranty, but I paid for the tires. The dealer refuses to replace the rear control arms, which means that the brand new tires will also wear prematurely, and possibly another set of rear bearings... Suspension
