Sport Honda confirmed that gasoline is mixed in with oil...The oil stick has very black oil up high on the stick. On several ocsasions in jan 2019 a strong chemical smell appeared in the car cabin... The gas mileage dropped abruptly at this time by 12% the Honda dealer has know about this problem since early morning jan 31,2019 and has not returned my 2 phone calls. Engine oil diluted. 2/8/2022 Engine oil was Diluted by 55mm. This happened within 400 miles of the last oil change. That's a lot of gasoline in the oil and oil viscosity is significantly decreased. All updates/recalls have been completed on the vehicle. The updates that are specific to this issue have been completed. Talking to Honda dealership, this is extremely unnormal and results in premature engine wear. Engine
Noticed fuel odor in car and when I checked the oil it was overfilled, I thought, then noticed it ran off the dipstick like water. It smelled like pure gasoline and was red brown in color. Car has 2054 miles on it. Reported to my Honda dealer and had the oil and filter changed.
