In owners' own words

I was driving on the highway and there was a sudden drop in power and hesitation in the engine. I slowed down too quickly on a busy highway and almost got rear ended. I took it to the shop and found out I had to replace the engine due to the cam and lifters were bad. It cost $12,000 to replace a four year engine with 148,000 miles. The time before that this happened, I had to replace the engine wiring harness Engine
The truck is jumpy during stops. I get a low voltage code but the battery is fine I had it checked out. Reduced acceleration has been activated and after I turn the truck off it is fine. The check engine light comes on and turns off on it's on sometimes same day. I know there is a recall on certain 2022 Silverados but they told me this one wasn't on the recall. It did have one for the brake system they said. Engine
Engine locked up while towing an empty trailer. Engine is available currently as it is waiting for a new one at dealership. Stranded others and power failure while towing. Engine has been inspected by dealership. There was no warning lights, the engine was stuck around 4000 rpm. =I gave it gas to release tension on transmission and engine locked up. Engine has no other codes or warnings since owning it. Engine
