The contact owns a 1993 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact was unable to depress the brake pedal. He received a recall notice for the service brakes, hydraulic: antilock (nhtsa campaign id number 96v099000). The dealer made the recall repair; however, the failure was not included in the recall.
