In owners' own words

Rain water gets into rear tail lights and causes short in tail light. Light burns out and needs premature replacement due to leak from water. Due to safety issue with lights being burn out while driving in rainy conditions, especially at night, is a large safety issue which can result in accident. I do not want to be rear ended due to this safety issue, especially with my 1 year old daughter and wife in the vehicle.. Exterior lighting
Rear back end lighting is not working which is dangerous while driving at night. Dealer wants over $1200 just for the part and even with a chrysler lifetime warranty it will not be covered even though it is a covered part. There is no damage, it is just not working and is cost prohibitive to fix even thought the part is covered by the extended warranty. I'm afraid I'm going to be hit from the rear end at night. Exterior lighting
Rear raceway taillight has partially gone out. From what I've gathered, this is a common problem with this vehicle due to an engineering design flaw. Water is allowed to penetrate, shorting out raceway light, decreasing visibility from the rear, particularly in adverse and low visibility conditions. This manufacturer flaw should be addressed, corrected and replaced by manufacturer as it is a safety issue. Exterior lighting · reported at 65,000 miles
