Uconnect® 4C w/NAV with 8.4âInch Display is delaminating. This is known to be a common problem with this vehicle. The touchscreen provides direct access to settings that affect the way the vehicle physically brakes and steers, all are configured via the Uconnect system, and that system with a defective screen can cause those settings to change without the knowledge of the user, introducing a safety issue. Electrical system
The ac does not stay cold. It cycles from cold to like warm and humid several times per minute. I have taken the vehicle in to the dealer several times. They have drained and recharged the ac to no avail. They have told me other customers complain of the same thing in the 2019s. It happens while the vehicle is stationary and in motion. This is a known issue that no fix has been established for. Electrical system · reported at 6 miles
The 8.4 uconnect back up camera isn't working properly in my 2019 Grand Cherokee. I've spoken with several Jeep mechanics and they all say it's a faulty software issue with all of the 8.4 units.. There is a recall but Jeep dealers refuse to reinstall the faulty software.. Instead they want to replace the whole unit for 2000 dollars.. Everybody knows about this problem but nothing is being done Electrical system
